12pm AEST is our cut-off time for same day processing. If you place an order before this time it will be dispatched to our delivery partner the same working business day. If your order is placed after 12pm (Sydney time), it will be processed and dispatched the next working business day.
Our warehouse is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.

Orders will be sent out with our courier company with automatic ATL (Authority To Leave). If you are not home to receive your order, your order will be left at your doorstep unless the driver identifies that it is not safe to do so. In place the driver will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
